Our very own ‘Fit by FX’ is a program designed to turn those New Year’s Resolutions into New Year’s Results. With the guidance of your own online Personal Trainer, smash through the first month of 2019 and work towards something better!
What is ‘Fit by FX’?
‘Fit by FX’ is a daily program of progress for the month of January that is based around you. Things that we have targeted include Cardio, Core, High-Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training, as well as Conditioning and Stretching. Each day, you will receive a ‘Fit By FX’ exclusive workout video, with all exercises demonstrated by Kelly Britter. These videos offer tips and instruction on sets, reps and technique to aid you in maximizing your results.
Can I actually do this?
Yes! No Excuses! Anyone can do this from beginner to advanced and minimal equipment is required so you can even do it in the comfort of your own home.
How will I get the workouts?
After you have signed up, you will be granted access to the exclusive ‘Fit By FX’ social media accounts that only participants and trainers can access. This is where your daily workout will be posted. Members will have an opportunity to talk to other participants and discuss how their training is going. It always helps to have people supporting you along the way.
Can I Get Help If I Need It?
Of course, you can always ask your trainers any questions you have about the program. There will also be an online community of your other ‘Fit By FX’ participants to help you get through your workouts.
