8 Weeks OF HARD WORK AND RESULTS FOR THE SUMMER BODY.
Change your habits, change your mindset.
Gain knowledge and understand the effects of food and learn training techniques to apply wherever you are.
What we need from you ..... a commitment of a minimum of 3 training sessions per week.
Through out the 8 weeks we will be following a macro solution plan calculating what you need to see results based on your own individual needs. We are aiming for FAT loss so we will do regular body scans and check ins. You will have a specific training plan put into place and have a coach who will be your mentor throughout. Each week you will need to track your workouts and show these to your coach.
Head into Spring with a new perspective on food and training, working as a team whether it’s with fellow challengers or your mentor to feel fit, healthy and ready for anything.
Who should do it... this will be tailored to each individual so no matter what your goal is your macro solution will help reduce body fat and your training will transform your body just in time for the summer season.
We will work very closely with various apps so you have a clear record of everything you do plus the constant contact with your mentor / coach means you are able to achieve your goal. Cost is $35 per week for the 8 weeks. Access to every class and the gym in addition to the extra sessions we will put on for our challengers.
